Lots of good discussion here about the pros and cons of AI art, but maybe a thread where people can show their work, and others can show examples of what they don’t like about the genre (it’s a genre, now, right?), would help some people on the sidelines get a better grip on what it is they’re arguing about. One of my recent ones.

So this is what Dall-E created after I spent about half an our of describing myself to GPT-4, when I asked it to create an image of my essence. I did not mention any of what’s in the image, only who I am and what I do, like and dislike.
And honestly, I think it fits perfectly haha
