Banking Job Security

Good morning everyone! I currently work in the banking industry and I’d like to know your opinions on the future of employment within that industry in different categories.

Where do you see customer service, loan servicing and regulatory operations categories moving towards in the next few years?

For example:
Customer service would include: speaking with customers, managing systems, managing employees.
Loan servicing would include: sales, credit decisions, documentation, audits and managing customer and employee relationships.
Regulatory would include: process creation, process and employee management, audits

I think it’s all going away, except maybe credit decisions where a human will need to be kept in the loop for legal reasons.
